This bank has got me in nothing but trouble. I had nothing but issues with them the entire time I had a loan with them for the vehicle. Come to find out after paying off the vehicle I sell the vehicle and these guys and the shady shop that they dealt with. When I purchased the vehicle. The person that bought the car for me cannot get the vehicle registered due to discrepancies. Be very wary of this bank before you do any business with them.

Absolutely awful bank! Awful customer service and they charge you hidden fees on your loans without informing you. I would NEVER bank here or work with them again. Take your money somewhere else.

I love MPCU! We have had several car loans here and they always give us the best rates!

Worst credit union on the planet. I've used about every credit union and Bank in Idaho falls area. This is by far the worst of them all. Card services is a clown show. They are liars and no one that knows what they are doing. Service is rediculas and slower than tar. They are unwilling to help when you have an issue with an account or a card. I'd rather trust my money to a 5 year old than this bank. They lie about everything and refuse to admit when they make a mistake. The worst. Stay away!!

Absolutely the WORST bank! I made less than $10 off of $18,000 over one year in a standard bank account. They switched it to money market which improved but my new bank still did better. They had a deal on cds with a higher interest rate and I was ready to pull the trigger when they told me it had to be “new” money. I was livid. I’m now 100% with mountain America. This bank is just awful. Oh back in the day they wouldn’t give me a loan to start building credit and they do everything over paper in person. Such a pain in today’s world. Website is from like the 90s. Just don’t do it. Please. You deserve better.
