In all my years of various loans I have done I have never described them as easy, joyful, wonderful experiences until now. Heather Swenson is by far the best loan officer I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She made the entire process so easy and clear; she knows her stuff and was wonderfully concise, efficient, personable & professional. The rates were amazing, her knowledge & information was through, and she saved us some fees where she was able to without us asking! I never thought I would rave about how awesome a loan officer is, but we are beyond happy with everything and will be going to Heather first for all our needs from now on! I can’t recommend her enough, Thank you Heather!

Over the past several months, I've worked with Kaylee at FNWCU to obtain two loans. I found her to be exceptionally service oriented and detailed in her work. She cheerfully answered my questions, and her replies were prompt and timely. I felt she really worked to understand my needs so that she could help find a creative solution. She was very thorough in processing and submitting documents, and I appreciated her outstanding communication along the way. Obtaining the financing was a painless process thanks to her. Customer service at its best!

Best credit union around. They have loaned me money on several cars, a home, and personal loan. Loan Dept is fast, keeps you informed, and easy to sign papers online. I switched for a couple years and had my account hacked, along with issues not telling me what’s going on. FNWCU has never had one issue in my years of banking with them! I’ll stay with them always!
