If Izzy wasn't working here, I wouldn't go through them. She deserves a lot of the credit. They're really hard to get a hold of. When you are inside, it's very clean and well kept but all the staff besides maybe two or three people aren't very welcoming.

Had major issue with P1FCU that would hinder my ability to get my paychecks, use my card or my account in general let alone pay my personal loan with them and was beyond frustrated to the point I am having to stop banking with them. I called LCCU and I immediately felt better talking with Izzy. Was reassured and told steps for switching over to them. I am so grateful for them and im so excited to make them my primary financial institution.

Impossible to get ahold of. Can do absolutely nothing unless you are at the branch but will claim they can. Have had nothing but problems with this bank. Consider another option.

This Credit Union Has Gone Downhill With Regard To -25 Dollar Charge Ever Expanding Rip Off Scam All The time I Had Over Draft Protection. I Monitored Closer Than They Think , Wife And I Both On SSDI , Last Thing We Expected Was To Be Nickeled And Dimed To Death In Such Away But Think About It We Watching Every Penny While They Got Real Good At -25 -25 -25 Just Wow How Incomprehensible I Had Warned Them We Don't Have The Money To Fund Their Lunches And Parties But Much To Our Surprise They Doubled Down Paid For All Their Remodeling With Other Peoples Money IM Sure Of What I'm Implying So Do Not Attempt To Contact Us Unless Its Apologies And Maybe A Check. Lets Face It Wells Fargo Did It Potlatch Credit Union Did It And I Say Its Past Time To Get Something Done About These Financial Institutions And The Creative Ways They Fund Pet Projects Is There Anything Wrong With Suggesting A Comprehensive Audit Just To Rule Out Such A Thing.
