Found a interest rate on line for a used car. Went into to refinance my car with a 815 credit score. They would not honor the rate posted on their website. I was told the rate was wrong on their website and they changed it but that's false advertising.

GARBAGE Bank/ Credit Union WILL MEVER RECOMMEND OR DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN. Doesn't care about it's supposed members, screwed me out of over $500 on a car loan after I traded the car in the payment was in the system, I called to stop it as it was not taken out of my other account, but they said it was already in the queue, it wasn't due for another 14 days on top of it all, pretty sure it's a button press to stop it, Wouldn't stop it said I could get it back 3 days after it posted, called then and the loan department wouldn't give it back because they wanted to make sure that it was payed off and then somehow somehow the dealership payoff became whatever was left so I am just out. Bad business. NEVER USE THIS BANK IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!

1000% do not recommend this bank! I've had a savings account and every loan here for 40 years. Today I go to check my balance since I've not received a statement in a few years as this was my personal account we've been using our joint account and my account is closed and they stole my money! Never once did I receive and mail stating if you don't use your SAVINGS account we will steal $5 after the 1st years then $5 every month after without telling you until we drain your account! I'm truly disgusted in our small town business and I can guarantee i never signed anything stating this was ok as this account was set up when I was a baby and I know for a fact my parents didn't put money in yearly! DO BETTER!!!! I will be doing reviews EVERYWHERE!

If you want to do business with a big bank masquerading as a Credit Union, look no further than P1FCU. After being a happy member for several years, they started strong-arming me into higher-tiered accounts with fees and features I didn't want. When I declined, they started hitting me with "maintenance fees" to keep my simple account with no features. They held their ground up until I decided to close my accounts - then, they were suddenly willing to work with me. I had already made my decision though, and closed my accounts. Years later, today, I decided to give them another try and open an account. I wanted a simple checking account because one of my customers can only pay by direct deposit, and I wanted to have an independent account at a different institution exclusively for that. P1FCU was unwilling to issue me a bank account because they couldn't check my credit. I purposely froze my credit after the Equifax breach, and am unwilling to unfreeze it unless I need to apply for credit. P1FCU can check my ChexSystems background and see that I am an excellent banking customer. But no, they want to check my credit to open a bank account? Why? Their claim is for "identity verification." I dunno, I've had numerous verification and background checks the past couple of years, all of which utilized credit reporting agencies, and not a single one of them had a problem identifying me. So, what is the real reason that P1FCU needed my credit unfrozen for a simple account so bad? I originally left because I stopped feeling like a member and started feeling like a commodity. I see that it's only gotten worse. I went over to a different local credit union, and had a new account open within 20 minutes.

P1FCU is always there to help when we need it. The credit union has always been much easier to deal with than a bank. We love our credit union.
