Kelsey with CapEd in the Mortgage and Operations Center is wonderful! Super helpful, responsive and reliable. I worked with her when I refinanced my SUV earlier this year. During this process I learned that you don’t have to be an educator to bank with CapED. Also, more recently, I switched insurance companies and still had her email contact so I emailed her a question about submitting my new insurance info. She helped me with this and our conversation lead to her offering CapED resources available to me as a federal employee during this current government shutdown. Kelsey was kind, quick and efficient. I definitely recommend CapED. Thank you, Kelsey! -Alicha

Terrible banking practices. If they do a loan for a vehicle and they require proof of insurance, you can bring it to them over four times and they still won’t except it. I’m not even sure why they have employees anymore. Everything is basically a giant ATM. Specifically, the location at Meridian in Overland. Even going into the branch multiple times they offer zero help.

If all people were as friendly, it's knowledgeable as Prompt and good at their job as Sky from the Meridian location that I had the pleasure of dealing with today. Cap ed would have a five star rating across the board. Just wanted to say thank you again for handling all my banking needs... 😁

Had a great experience with Donnita! My wife and I recently moved from Hawaii and we were able to get a joint account with them.. I work for Maverick Car Company and CapEd is one of our valued partners when it comes to financing for our clients. I was impressed with the customer service and modern approach to banking with the seamless membership process and free floating desks in the room. We will be looking to do some refinancing with them in the next few months as our Hawaii vehicles get shipped over! Their app is also very smooth and the high yield checking account is a pretty neat benefit!

The fees increase and the member service goes down. Caped USED to be a wonderful place to bank, but anymore I almost feel like Wells Fargo would have less fees and better customer service.
