Best credit union in Idaho. The people bend over backwards to help you. So much better than my old bank. There are so many things you can do with your money. All at your fingertips. And its easy not complicated the people here really give you a good experience.

2 stars for the Pioneer Location but Wal-Mart & Freeway. Small location so understandably less personnel but would expect an acknowledgment or indication that you will receive assistance. This crew clearly enjoys each other and their usual customers (which is great… for them). They might say hello, they might ignore you and keep chatting it up until you get exasperated and leave.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
Your deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 per account category by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
