I will never use them again for an auto-loan. Their processor (Melissa? Not sure because she never reached out) completely mishandled my title. When I called to ask where my title is I was told she made a note on my file that it was sent 2/2 (3 weeks after I paid off my car) Then two weeks later I called again because it hadn't arrived yet only to be told she actually didn't mail it out until 2/12 (no one thought to call and tell me that) the reason was that she didn't have the postage to send it?? She also did not send it with any tracking number, just regular mail and it still has not arrived (it's been 9 days and counting) so I'm not actually sure she's even mailed it. We are trying to sell this car and we had a buyer that we've had to put off for weeks now and may even lose altogether because we expected the title to have arrived around 2/9. Complete lack of professionalism and total incompetency.

I visited Northwest Christian Credit Union today to open an account with Breanna. He friendliness and wonder customer service put me at ease. She was able to answer all my question and I am happy to become a member here.

Very surprised when the loan officer lied about my TransUnion report to deny doing any further business with me, falsified my credit score, even after paying off a payday loan. Test the spirits, because not all who work under the moniker operate in your favor or that of the Most High.

I love this credit union! Brandon and Becky are super helpful and always pleasant to see! Brandon always returns emails promptly and went above and beyond for us a year ago when we needed to make some banking adjustments. Becky is superb as a service rep! I would highly recommend Northwest Christian Credit Union! We do bank at Meridian, but have gone to Nampa many times as well and the customer service at each is very good.

I came in to set up a checking account and they were over-the-top awesome and kind and patient. They even stayed to help me 40 minutes after they closed. It was also the day before Thanksgiving. I knew they had things to get to and they never made me feel like I wasn’t their top priority. I’ve used NCCU before and they are so awesome. Thank you Kamala at the Meridian branch. You did a fantastic job.
