My family was a longtime customer of this bank. When my dad passed, they treated us horribly and made us jump through the hoops just to resolve his account. They said in writing that they would not charge fees on the account while we resolved his account, but they did anyway and then repeatedly lied to me on the phone about these representations. There are other banks in town, and I would not recommend using these services. They do not treat customers with respect and are extremely unpleasant.
