Let's money in but doesn't let me reopen my account and take the money out. Can't get access to my last paycheck. 👎

When I first started off with Altonized years ago I really liked how they conducted business. Friendly and professional. Lately, especially during these hard times they are not willing to work with you at all. I’m a co-signer and I received a negative remark on my credit before the 1st responsible party did. My account with them is current (I’m never late) but in no way did the manager take that in consideration. I also tried to get financed back in May but she said she couldn’t work with me because of someone else’s credit when I wasn’t even including that person in my credit application. I proceeded to go elsewhere and was approved on my own. I just really think the manager works more on a personal note than fair business. I’m so glad I found another creditor and won’t need Altonized for anything in the future. Covid is here and some are having hard times. You guys should get some kind of program together to try and help instead of trying to tear them down more by being so quick to send negative reports to the credit bureaus.

I have been with this bank 3 years and can honestly say that I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. Where shall I start? They Don't Accept Change Online Banking usually glitches out They Don't offer any Business Programs/Loans They Don't Have Online Check Deposits Half of the staff shouldn't even be allowed to count money sas they call me an hour after I left to"verify" the amount I gave them. Last but not least they offer no help when the water company takes my payment but doesn't give me credit. would give 0 stars if I could
