It is so nice to have a local credit union to work with in person. We have done banking, mortgages, children and teen accounts here. They offer many useful in-person services for members that have been almost impossible to find anymore as big online banks become more competitive, such as no-fee VISA gift cards, no fee coin machine, international money exchange, safe deposit box rental (as close to Gringotts as you're going to get!). AAEC also awards many programs, grants and scholarships back to the local community!

Stay away from this credit union, I got approve for a loan 18k and after they gather you all the information they came up with a cosigner. I as a truck driver with stable weekly income i got disqualify just because I'm 1099 and not W2 and all other things were okay as they said . So i found a cosigner with stable steady income as they wanted to, she worked 7 years in same job they checked their credit and everything after that they disqualify her too, so funny, cannot pay 18k two people with weekly income?! Dear AAEC credit union after i shared my experience with my two others friends that wanted loan from this Credit union they also refused to come. I choose your credit union from suggested friend but i forgot to see the reviews before i came to your door. You don't want new customers. Stop Lying people and waste their time ,you don't give what you approve and promise! I am so sorry to say this but terrible customer service, i am so happy that i am not doing business with you!

I love this credit Union so much! My brother found this hidden gem and I decided to join some months ago to open a savings account. I was also able to get a car loan at a super affordable APR and comfortable payment which made the stressful car buying process much smoother than if I went through the dealership financing! I have gotten taken advantage of and felt scammed before when getting a car loan through the dealer but these guys made it possible for me to get a beautiful car at an affordable rate. Thank you AAEC and helpful staff who helped me out! I highly recommend going through here for any loans.

One of the worst credit unions. Terrible customer service, always making making errors and overall just unfriendly. Been with AAEC for 20 years, will not be continuing once things are paid off. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Rhona is one of the only kind people working there and she is always happy to help. Very disappointed that they hire people who don’t care to help others and are nasty
