I called and spoke with Heather. She informed me to go to any ATM to transact my business. That was incorrect information. I called back and spoke to Heather again. She put me on hold and left me on hold for 23 minutes. I hung up because the Batavia branch closed at 5pm. Heather called me back. She told me to go to the Batavia Branch and use their ATM. What she failed to tell me was once the branch is closed the lobby ATM's are not accessible. She also told if that didn't work, go to the drive through. The tellers would be able to process my transaction. That was also incorrect information!!! JESUS!!!! And so I go to the drive-thru. The Teller informs me that, my transaction "is not" a normal transaction completed. at the drive-thru window. However she contacted her Manager and was able to get the approval needed to finalize my request. I was told that Heather works out of the Call Center. Heather needs a bit more training.

Went to open a new checking account starting new job for direct deposit. Even though I called ahead, when I got there I was denied because I didn't have a utility bill. While I lived with my Mom all I had was my insurance bill that wasn't good enough, even though 3 people in my household has an account!!! Well BCU Credit Union didn't deny me and the process was easy I didn't even have to go into a location!!! Don't waste your time at Earthmovers their customer service is lacking!!!

πππ I had a very disappointing experience with Earth Mover Credit Union while trying to start a HELOC application. The customer service was far from professional. I was dealing with Jalisa, Janessa, and the so-called "mortgage department," though I never had direct contact with them as everything was funneled through Jalisa. They never proactively reached out to provide updatesβI only received information when I took the initiative to email and call them. Their response was always a 24hr minimum. Despite conducting a hard credit inquiry, they requested detailed information about my accounts over 3 weeks only to counteroffer with worse HELOC rates than initially discussed and when I declined they offered a higher amount. They operate like shady car salesmen with these back-and-forth tactics. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will be switching to another credit union or bank. I do not recommend Earth Mover Credit Union based on my experience. πππ

My son opened a new account with his first check and was so excited until the debit card didn't work. We went in two different times, had the pin changed, and still it wasn't working. Finally we got Ms. Mayra Santos. She was able to figure out the problem on the spot and got his card working. He was so excited and thankful for her excellent help. I appreciate not only her quick resolution but also her making my baby smile. His sister just got her 1st check and we will be back to see Ms. Santos to help open her 1st account. I think we've found our banker. Thank you for helping out. Simmons Family
