Came through the drive thru on a Saturday when the lobby was closed waited over 30 minutes just to get helped. This is ridiculous. Never have gone to a bank where it’s this ridiculous of a waiting time! Worked as a teller here many years ago this long of a waiting period would have been completely unacceptable. GLCU you need to do better honestly.

Me and my family have been coming to this credit union for years. I stopped by the other day and Liliana helped me so much and was so welcoming and sweet. Definitely satisfied

The employees in the bank are great. The bank policies are trash. Same thing they'll deny you for, Baxter credit union will approve. Haven't been given a credit increase in over 7 years with good standing. Take your money elsewhere

Been here for YEARS. My kid just got a job so came to open account. Saying we have to make appointment to open account. Also now refusing to let me deposit her check saying they don't do 3rd party check with the person here with me. So we opened the account on wed 8/24 even with me on the account they say for the first month they'll hold her PAYROLL checks for 10 days before releasing. That should have been Saturday 9/3 but now they say it's business days, and 9/5 is holiday so 9/7 14 days later the kids will actually get her first paycheck. Great 1st banking experience. So why even make me be on the account if their not going to release her money any way?!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
