I've been a customer there a client there for years over 30 years and starting to talk with computers is not my thing. I'm used to coming in there getting Hands-On service treated like a customer and not a computer. I miss Brian and the team that was with him. I'm thinking about changing services

I’ve been with this credit union for years and never asked for a fee to be reversed and was denied. I had to call again and speak to someone else to have a fee reversed. I work at a credit union so I know the courtesy limit is typically one or two. I recommend this credit union to so many people but never again! Only gave a one star because I had to.

I have been with ccu since 1989. I have used this branch for years before they opened the Orland Park branch which is also great. However, this branch was always professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and always helping me to make decisions that was beneficial for me as long as it was within the policies and procedures of the Credit Union, however, they have taken the time to sit with me and devise plans in which they could help me as a customer. This credit union as well as the other branch have been like family and assisted me through some very hard times and trusted me as a long time customer as I trusted them as my financial institution to assist me when times were hard. I am a customer for life and would recommend this institution for all financial decisions you might make in your life. Become part of this family you will not regret it.

These are some of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been a customer at this bank for a few years and have literally NEVER had a positive experience. I only used this account as a savings that I never tough as it’s far from my home and inconvenient to get to unless I’m visiting my family that lives in the area. The straw however just broke the camels back when I called for help to access my online account and I spoke to the rudest and most unprofessional woman that didn’t help me at all. I’m done and will be closing my account this week. I’d highly recommend to stay away and take your money elsewhere because this place is terrible!
