While I do miss the old Post Office Location, this one is very nice. I’ve had a P. O. Box here for a few years, with no issues or complaints. Obtaining a P. O. Box from the employee at the counter was a breeze. Anytime I’ve needed to buy stamps, it’s been an easy process at the counter as well. The kiosks for mailing packages are great when you need them! The scales in front of the letter drop slots inside are quite helpful in getting postage prices for outgoing letters for those of us who are keeping the art of letter writing & snail mail alive! I’ve always been pleased with all the customer service people I’ve dealt with there. It can get busy, there will probably be a line to get to the counter. Just be patient & remember if you treat the employees with kindness & understanding, they will be happy to help you! Also, you will have to purchase your own packing tape to mail a package in a priority mail (etc.) box - they no longer provide it for free! Take advantage of the Informed Delivery option through the USPS website or app as well; you will be happy you did! Long live snail mail, bring back Mr. Zip, & help save the USPS! 🇺🇸🏤💌📮📬🐌✍🏻🖋️

We have been having trouble trying to receive a package that should have been delivered a week ago. We called and the supervisor Jeff told us that we had to go through a whole process online. We tried getting the information online and it would not work. Again we called the post office and Jeff told us in his own words that we could go in and get help to file a claim. When we arrived the nice lady at the front explained that they are not able to do that. When she asked Jeff he told her that he did not tell us that we could come in and file a claim. One thing is not knowing how to do your job but to lie and not take accountability as a supervisor is unprofessional. We have spent all day trying to figure this out and all we want is our package. I hope we can get this resolved.

No redeeming qualities for the USPS exist. Good luck getting complex things like say... you mail delivered... Or stamps... or customer service helping you when you have an issue.

I sell a lot on eBay and whatnot first time I had people ask what’s in them And really interested on the value of the products in everything. All the boxes come with already paid for and scannable labels so I always have got it scanned get the receipt and leave. Sabrina Had a little bit of attitude, but kept asking me questions. I’ve never had it happen before and I have sent 2k plus packages at all different post offices. Clean building but you can tell the workers aren’t happy and something needs to change with the post office.
