I worked with Emily, and I’m very thankful she resolved my problem. She was a great listener something we all appreciate. Emily was kind, joyful, and it’s clear she loves her job. Because of her excellent service, I’ll continue doing business with this bank.

I had an account with IAA Credit Union that was discharged in bankruptcy in July 2019. I've been building my credit ever since with 100% payment history on new debt. All of a sudden my score dropped. Looked into details and see that all of a sudden, IAACU has reported "missed payments" from date of my BK discharge until February 2025. My payment history dropped 3% in last month. I will be contacting my Fair Debt Collection Act attorney to pursue litigation. Very unfriendly lender when a consumer goes through rough financial times along with illegal credit reporting actions. If I could have selected 0 stars, I would have.

Over the past couple years Mandi has been my go-to for a plethora of tasks regarding my account and she has been nothing short of extremely helpful and timely. Also spoke with Cody on the phone who answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable regarding Money Market accounts and other small requests I had. A great experience all around.
