They put a check on a 3/4 day hold from our account from another local credit union not an out of town place a local Cu just down the road. This other CU is literally 1/2 mile from this place. Maybe this is standard practice but it is not at the other places we bank with. To give a little background we had just opened an account at “The Credit Union for All “ a couple months back and was given their “lite account” due to our credit score. This may have been another reason for the hold not sure. We had remote deposited this personal check from the other CU instead of driving all the way there to get cash and then drive it to the CU4all to deposit. We thought this would save us time and gas with no issues. After it was “approved “ to be deposited we got an email saying the check was being held for three business days. We called and ask if they could do anything to speed the process as with most people we need to pay bills with that money like yesterday that is why we are depositing money in the CU. “Amanda” was really nice and said she would try to verify it later Friday or Saturday but most likely it would take the whole 3 days. And it was actually 4 days because the check cleared the other CU on Tuesday and it said it would not be released till Thursday which is actually 4 days not three like the slip said. Totally unprofessional and uncaring for your clients. We also ask to cancel the transaction so we could go do the trek with the cash so we could pay bills but she said we couldn’t do that cuz it was already approved. We could have canceled the check but that would have cost us more of our money. I guess lesson learned is all I can say. I know now to go get the cash and do all the foot work so they don’t hold my money. A local check being held for three/four(really)days seems excessive to me maybe I’m crazy or out of touch. In this day and age verification of funds should not take that long for a local check. I could see for a out of town check but geez maybe just pick up the phone and call the place to verify funds takes 5 minutes to do at 430pm when we called you and you said “it was the end of the day and probably couldn’t do it being too late on a Friday”. And why would they care they get their paycheck on Friday and get to pay their bills and don’t give one crap if the clients are struggling to figure out how to pay bills and now have to wait another 4 days plus the weekend to get their money released. A WHOLE WEEK BASICALLY!!!! Lesson learned is what we chalked it up to so beware of places that seem to good to be true.

We've banked with this credit union for years. They've always been outstanding. Even figured out how to set up an IOLTA account for my husband's law firm (not an easy task). They know who we are, we know who they are and they treat you like family. We've moved out of state but continue to bank with them because the mobile deposit function in their app works that darn well! This review was well overdue, and honestly they've earned several more from us over the years. I highly recommend them.

I can't really give a 100% honest review. I joined this Credit Union month or two ago. I have yet to be able to download the app to be able to access my account. I was told it was going to be fixed soon but months later it has yet to be fixed. At this rate I plan to just close the account because I cannot access anything.

I worked with Erin today. I had an issue with a charge that wasn't released on my account. I was on the phone less than 2 min and she had it figured out. She knew exactly what the issue was and had it fixed in no time. She was polite and professional. ERIN NEEDS A RAISE.

No access to online account for 2 years. Get locked out of account every time I try to login. No responses to phone calls, get transferred to someone’s voicemail who never calls back. No responses to emails. Didn’t have any issues like this when I first got the account. I guess more than just the name has changed
