Wonderful experience with Sallie Fields and her Manager at the Broadview location. They were both very cordial and sympathetic to my situation and answered all of my questions. I was dealing with the death of my brother and was urgently trying to get his affairs in order. Being from out of town and not being a regular cudtomer of theirs, I thought the level of service and assistance provided was outstanding.

Have been a member for about a decade, & I have received nothing but absolutely great customer service, a family oriented branch, that shows great humility & works diligently to get the job done.. Lupe Pearson is an absolute gem for a loan counselor, along with Karina.. They help you with whatever you need & just are great human beings… I love this branch !!

The staff has been great and very helpful. However, closing the app for days has been a hindrance. I have never experienced anything like this app shut down in my many years of banking.

Please train or retrain your Customer Service staffs to inform customer on important information regarding activating a new debit card. Very, Very not satisfied

Came in for a polite, simple conversation about their products and the teller got very irritated and started talking aggressively, I closed my account right away. When I was in here before this 2 people closed their accounts, that should have told me something Get better employees with better customer service you would rather lose customers then get better employees 🤨👎🏽
