I called in asking about a loan with the new company that took over. Someone told me I can apply online or in their branch. So I go into the branch and some small lady says “Oh we don’t do loans in house, you have to do them online only now” what sense does that make??I was so disappointed I just left, and then I refuse to apply somewhere where nobody knows how to do their job.

THEY CONTINUE TO DISABLE MY CARD I HAVE CALLED TODAY SINCE 3:30PM. NO ANSWER, THEY CLOSED AT 4PM. THIS IS THE 6TH TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS. I HAD TO CANCEL HAIR APPOINTMENTS FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN BECAUSE THEY DISABLED MY CARD ONCE AGAIN. THEY ARE CLOSED TOMORROW SO I HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT WITH NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY. THEY HAVE NO CORPORATE OFFICE AND THERE IS NO SISTER BRANCH I CAN REACH OUT TO. AND I HAVE TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY SOON. THIS IS UNNECESSARY AND UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!! IM MOVING MY MONEY SOON.

I read the reviews and I guess comments are based on experience. I was recommended by someone on my job. I went there and they have always been nice and helped me since Day One! They are really kind. Ive been with them for years! I had to file bankruptcy (CH13) and they never closed my account. I was able to reopen after my bankruptcy was done and they even gave me a starter/repair my credit loan 5 months later. They always answer questions and are helping me get back on my feet. They make sure you stay on track and its nice to have a credit union where people know you and you feel like they care!
