The resources and services at the SIU Credit Union have always been great, but today, Jacee Gold and her associates provided stellar assistance and support in dealing with fraud and protecting my accounts. Exceptional service!

This bank is the worst bank that I've ever done business with on a loan for a vehicle!!!! First they add all these extra things you don't want, then when you have them you can't use them. I moved out of state and because I was getting things organized and starting over with a new job I was late on a payment. They were calling and texting me harassing me threatening me if I didn't pay them IMMEDIATELY!!!! I regret ever doing business with these people.

We have a sister credit union in Indiana and we were able to do everything here. They have been incredibly helpful and very polite. I recommend them completely

I'll be moving my loan to another bank as soon as possible. The loan process was ridiculous. I've never had so many requests for things you don't need for a loan. I got emails for a month asking for another thing and another. They changed my rate multiple times and lied about automatic payments and a rate discount. So after refinancing, I'm paying more than what I was with the other bank. Then they want you to use a 3rd party banking app, plaid, to make payments. Why would a bank use another bank, that's been sued in the past for selling personal information, to make loan payments? Then they harass you with text message links that don't work saying you don't have enough insurance. I sent in proof 10 times, different ways, and they kept coming. Come to find out, my deductible was $500 too high. What the hell does that matter? If I can afford a $60k vehicle, I'm pretty sure I can cover a $2500 deductible. Everything about this place has pissed me off and I'll make sure I never use them again.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Jessica Imhoff about changing my address and handling some other business, and I must say, she was absolutely fantastic! Her helpfulness and politeness truly stood out. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and Jessica's genuine care for the customer and her evident passion for her job made the experience outstanding. Kudos to Jessica and SIU Credit Union for providing such stellar service!
