Here's how kaskaskia valley credit union operates my account got hacked and the credit unions fraud department did catch it before there was to much damage then the credit unions fraud department shut my debit card off which was ok but then they allowed and paid the charges knowing it was fraud which that allowed my account to go negative then the credit union charges me overdraft fees on the charges that was fraud then they charge me a daily overdraft fee then when I contact them they tell me it's there policy that I do all the calling to where the charges took place now I know the name of the business but they offered no help in giving me a phone number to contact the place and refused to at least take the overdraft charges off without which I feel should have have never been charged to my account to begin with I wouldn't do business with this credit union again seems there just into taking every penny that they can get from a person kaskaskia valley credit union is just bad business in my personal opinion
