Every transaction I make with FNCU is handled by Longe Shungu — and that’s intentional! Recently, I began thinking about purchasing a newer vehicle, and I used DriveSense. I had a conversation with Longe Shungu to share my thoughts, and he took it from there. Within just two days, Longe followed up with me via email and phone to see if I had found the right car. His level of commitment and responsiveness was truly impressive. Believe it or not, on the very same day, he got my loan approved and had my check ready for pickup! When I arrived at the branch office, the staff was already expecting me. They handed me the check promptly, and I felt genuinely valued. That same day, I went straight to the dealership and drove off in my new vehicle. I don’t regret turning down the dealership’s offer of a slightly lower APR through their bank. First Northern Credit Union is a bank that provides financial services with reasonable rates on all their services and have wonderful staffs such as Longe Shungu Every transaction including two cars I have personally financed through FNCU, personal loans and recently the credit card obtained were all handled by Longe Shungu! His excellent and outstanding services rendered on every transactions are amazing. He follows up with you, picks up your call whenever you have question and made it clear that he’s job is to be with you till the end and that has been the case for all transactions! First Northern Credit Union is an great place to do your banking. The staff are wonderful from the first time you walk in. You just feel welcomed. Especially, Longe Shungu what an amazing staff. Longe Shungu helped us through the process of purchasing our family car and our home. He is a person of integrity, hardworking, dedicated, going above and beyond to see that things are accomplished in a timely manner. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Senior Financial Service Advisor, Longe Shungu for my car purchasing needs. My experience with him was top notch. This is my second purchase with him. He was very attentive to my needs as his client. He made my process very smooth. With this last car purchase I work through the week and the dealership was 2 hours away. He worked with me and made it possible for me to pick up the check on a Saturday and pick up my car with no hiccups. I misunderstood the extra warranties that I was signing up for and as soon as it was discussed he fixed it. I would surely recommend him as well as continue to use him for purchasing and financial needs.
