I’ve been with First Northern Credit Union for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They treat you like a person, not just a credit score. The level of customer service I have received from Longe and Sandy is exceptional, personal, attentive, and consistent. They truly believe in building long-term relationships with their members. It’s rare to find a financial institution that combines professionalism with a personal touch, but First Northern does it seamlessly. Highly recommend!

whoever answer the calls for customer service in this branch needs more training. poor customer service and not accomodating. The call didn't even last for 5 min.

FNCU has been a game changer in my life. They have very responsive staff who treat members like owners. My needs get met each time I have a reason to call. They work hard to keep rates low and fight for our rights against big banks and lawmakers. I love the attention the fraud department offers by catching activity that doesn’t match my behavior. Member for life!
