There have been many issues since transferring my loan, but today I was able to be helped via the agent chat. Norma was very helpful in resolving my issue and forwarded an additional concern to another area for follow up help. Hopefully that doesn't take too long.

I want to take the time to thank Yael Garcia and Fawn Larsen for the best experience during my loan process. They were both so responsive, helpful ,detailed with every step and most of all caring about making sure the best rates were researched. Thank you both so much!!!

I had contacted the credit union (live person) and was told a new tap and go card was not sent to me and I need to do my own investigation. After hanging up the male person, I interacted with the chat-line, and the young lady answered my question with such clarity. I appreciate the female that responded, she is a great asset to the organization.

Tracy G. was quick with her responses and assisted me with my account in a timely manner. I was skeptical of the live chat option but this turned out better than trying to reach someone through a phone call.
