I have encountered one customer service representative, who was so incredibly rude that she should immediately be taken off of any kind of customer service and it was enough to make me consider closing my account. After calming down, I reluctantly decided to keep the account open and fast forward six months, I received a check from my Blue Cross Blue Shield 401(k) plan and was told that when uploaded onto the Planites app the funds are available immediately. I called to verify this and was assured that funds would be in my account. That was an hour and a half before they closed and it is now past 4 PM - when they close, Monday through Friday at 4 PM, and I have to wait until Monday for my money. Unacceptable!

Their service has gone down hill in the last couple of years. I use to be able to request a check from my savings and receive it in a couple of days at my home. Now it takes almost a week and half to 2 weeks to receive. I’ve inquired about the delay and they said it must be the postal service. However, I receive packages and regular mail in a timely manner.

I would certainly give a -0 if I could - Maddie was the customer service persons name that was very condescending, short and snarky. It certainly was not appreciated - 10 out of 10...do not recommend.

I would give them zero stars if possible They closed my account without even calling me. And the money in the account was supposedly sent to the state- and it’s not there… shocker They could have called. Emailed. Or even found me at my desk considering I work in the same building, but they did NONE of those things. According to law they are required to give me my Money. So this is a battle I will fight.
