This place is so bad from the service they provide being the crappy app they have to the people. I’ll call and call and call and they DECLINE MY CALL. what bank does that? Checking up on an loan application I’ve left countless voicemails and again called countless times not even two rings and I get my called declined. They have enough money for a whole make over for the interior but not enough money to make OUR workers actually work? They look miserable. They treat other people like their burdens when they come to do whatever bank business. I absolutely HATE THIS BANK AND ITS PEOPLE. It’s like they hate the people who bank there. Please for the LOVE OF GOD DO not bank here been with them since I turned 18 (21 now) and everything I’ve ever done with this bank has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Stuck here because I’ve already been here for so long that I don’t wanna try another credit union I need the benefit of being here for so long. absolutely incredible how they can keep this streak going of the worst banks I’ve ever banked with.

Headline: Vicinity Credit Union Let $5,000 Vanish in 24 Hours—Then Blamed an 87-Year-Old Customer My mother's experience in her own words: I’ve been a member of United Teachers Credit Union since 1965, but after Vicinity Credit Union took over in 2024, service collapsed. Within just 24 hours, nearly $5,000 was stolen from my account in a clear case of fraud. My contact info was changed without my consent, and even though the bank confirmed a fraudulent debit card was sent to Mexico, they refused to help and blamed me instead. According to Vicinity, customers are responsible for monitoring their own accounts for fraud. This means they do not protect customers from theft, have no real security measures in place, and wash their hands of liability—leaving members completely vulnerable. I guess my $70,000 in savings is open season for criminals and fraudsters. At 87 years old, I expected to be treated with respect and urgency. Instead, I’m closing my account and moving my money to a bank that values integrity and its customers. I may not be a millionaire, but I believe all customers should be valued.

This branch is useless. Employees don't know how to do their job. They told me I had to drive to another branch to be able to service me. The other branch was able to serve me with no problems and the other branch couldn't believe this branch did that. The Hyde Park branch is where it's at. If that is unattainable, I suggest you search for a different credit union/bank. I made the decision to close my account andtake my business elsewhere due to their incompetence.

Bad Customer Service at this location on Pulaski. I clearly describe what transactions I want for the day. And there is still an issue. Just tried to cheat Me out of My Money and didn't say Sorry for Her mistake of counting unless it wasnt a mistake. Hate coming here but it is the nearest location to Me. Decisions will be made soon!

This used to be a bank I could count on but since changing names it is pointless. Never had issues depositing before to a co op account but now the implement new extra steps telling me I can't use them to deposit my money into an existing account. Just garbage
