I love banking with Tee Pak Credit Union. The service is professional, kind and personal. They are very helpful and attentive to any issues. I have had more than one issue with fraud issue on my account and they were very responsive and helpful in addressing and resolving the issue. I highly recommend them.

Poor customer service and extremely rude had my son sign his government issued check then told him he’ll have to wait from the 17-26 of December I asked why they didn’t let him know this before signing the check the manger gave us false info telling us we can get it cashed still I explained this is unprofessional and I know I can’t cash it with it already signed I took the checks to 4 different places and like I told the under qualified manager no one cashed it I went back to the bank and asked to speak to her she was hiding in the office we could her her and an employee so me and my family who have been banking there for years will no longer it’s a simple thing to check and give information before signing the check like the cashier asked him to do
