If I could give 0 stars I would. Nobody at this branch knows what they’re doing or talking about, none of them have any accountability for their actions, they wasted my time when trying to sell my vehicle but not getting the title brought over after I had called to check in for over a week. They costed me a sale of my vehicle. Half of the people working the counters are new and have 0 knowledge. A seriously pathetic branch

It's extremely funny how this branch operates so differently then the others. They are terrible in general understanding of accounting works. They never want to deposit our checks individual to properly reconcile payments to invoices. I'm sorry I will not fill out a dozen or more deposit slips just to deposit them separately for each check. This bank and this particular branch is awful for business accounts. It's a wonder this place isn't violating federal banking laws if they dont understand why businesses need each check as an individual transaction for tax reporting. Been banking here for 20 plus years and I'm closing all my accounts and never coming back.

I have no issues with this branch location however, you cannot contact them directly unless you go in. Which is not realistic in this day & age to have to go in to be helped. I recently lost my debit card & called to put a stop on it & be replaced. I spoke to 2 different people & held for 45 minutes to still be told that they couldn’t confirm if a new card had been ordered & they’d call me back. This is not what I thought I was getting when I set up an account with a local credit union.

Was a long time customer but a year ago I dumped them. Worst bank around now! I used to be able to call and ask for the person I want or dial them directly. No more. They screwed me on a bond. They're too big and have an automated phone system that doesn't work. The customer service is crappy and I went to 3 locations to try to give them a chance. Don't bank here.

I have called several times for 3 weeks about a rude Teller. No manager will return my call. Going to close account soon I guess. :( 30 years we banked here.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
