Prompt and courteous service every time I have visited. This is a very convenient location on busy Sherman Ave. and I also have accessed the ATM after branch hours, safely and conveniently. Great rates too. Keep it up!

This is a great credit union with all the convenience of a traditional bank and then some.

My husband and I use the Evanston branch of First Northern for in-person banking needs related to our mortgage. I cannot recommend this branch enough. Their staff is friendly and efficient, and ensure nothing but the best for their customers.

We wanted to go local but we found the customer service and management to be unacceptable. This review is in regards to a joint account we had attempted to create: My partner and I were in the middle of a move so we had two different addresses and had only recently settled at our new address, understandably First Northern wanted to verify our new address…and the customer service rep & the manager said they would get back to us, but never did. If a bank can’t care enough to verify a potential new customers’ address and follow up with us, then our faith in how they would treat us as actual customers is zero.
