Get approved for a loan then they come up with some kinda excuse not to do it first one was well why do you need this and now we need to do an appraisal on it like they are deciding if I need it. If Im paying for it who cares if you don't think I need it the second one was just today got approved again and now they decided I guess I don't need that one either bunch of BS and when you go into a branch you have to talk to someone that isnt even there they are sitting behind a computer god knows where with your info in front of them will never go back and more than likely moving my stuff to a different bank Earthmover credit union has gotten really bad they use to help people now they just screw them over

The thing I don’t like is the fact that there is nobody there that you can talk to about a loan, other than on the computer. Nobody is physically there. I think that’s bad customer service. Idk what has happened with this bank but it’s not the same as when I first joined.

It's 9 o'clock on a Saturday drive up is closed had to drive across town to get to other bank. I asked the teller why it was close she told me it was a staffing problem if you can't afford to pay one person to sit at a drive-through I'm very worried about the stability of this bank. Whoever the manager is at this bank needs to do their job if you can't find someone to work you need to work That's why you're the manager! Very disappointed! Time to look for a new bank.

Don't go here if you just need some quarters. God forbid you just need to exchange money. "Do you have an account with us?" Since when do you need an account to turn a $20 cash into quarters? Like the heck is that. Then the teller rudly tells me "well you can go to your bank" I'm on a business trip and need to do laundry. If I could go to my bank I would but guess what? It's in another state. Don't go to this bank if you need any help.

This place is the best! As a local resident of Forsyth, DECU is the best place to go for a local deposit or withdraw. It only took me 5 minutes to open my first account! I have not had any trouble with my account at all. The bank is never too busy to help you and everyone there is kind and helpful! I definitely recommend DECU for a secure way to store your money!
