I’ve banked here for over a decade. I’ve had horrible repeated experiences of being charged “Honor Fees”. I’ve expressed that I never want them to cover a charge on my debit, I’ll use cash or credit yet they charged me $60 for a $7 transaction that never happened. No help, no refund and after 13 years I’m walking away. Limited online banking and only allowed 6 internal transfers per month….so say you need to add money from savings to checking or vice versa, you can only do it 6x a month. Sub par banking. US Bank is superior and almost any other bank in town

Here's the deal, if you are looking for a small town bank, that treats you like number than this is the bank for you. The number of hidden fees weither that be pulling out cash at ATM (that isnt theirs) or creating a account are all over the place. I was with them for 10 years and during that time never received no form of communication. Any time I would reach out they would direct me to there website, that was down half the time. In all honesty find a bank that has actual bennifits and don't waste your money here. It's unfortunate but it looks like I am not the only one who has this experience with this bank

They sued me because Laurie was to lazy to do her job. I wrecked a few years ago and had GAP insurance, all the proper documentation to prove it, and instead of going after the GAP insurance for not paying out, they sued me without warning. In the end, my GAP paid cornerstone off, and cornerstone made me pay off the court costs. The kicker? Every piece of evidence I brought in to CCU to rectify the situation they already had copies of. Laurie wasn't willing to work with me resolving the issue or give any helpful information to go about resolving it. She was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the entire ordeal. I would call and leave voicemails and never received a call back. They would route my calls through multiple departments and hang up. They would sometimes just flat out hang up on me as I asked questions about my problem. I will never bank here, and I do not suggest anyone else ever does either!! This all happened RIGHT before a deployment with the US military as well, and I made sure CCU and Lauri knew that I was trying to fix the situation but my training schedule was making it difficult. They didn't and don't care about customers or customer service. They are all talk and no walk!!

An awesome establishment that I have done business with since 1986! The staff is awesome and consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty in the name of customer service. They are always adding new services to better serve their members. Although I am no longer residing locally and have had accounts at other banks to withdraw cash, Cornerstone will always be my primary financial institution because they ROCK! Keep up the great work, CCU!

Never no problem with them. I have been with them for a while and I always was treated accordingly. If I have a question someone would get back to me if if I couldn't get to the person I needed at the time. I've dealt with Jason, Tana, Scott and Lisa. All have been helpful. And the tellers and front desk ladies also.
