We have ALWAYS had excellent service from Revity Credit Union! I have been a member since I was 17. We applied for a Christmas loan yesterday (online) and it was handled both fast and efficiently and approved within a few hours! We made an afternoon appointment with Kathy Edwards (Member Services Representative) at the Main location (Maryville Road). She handled the application paperwork and payout processing, and did a EXCELLENT job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kathy for any/all of your member services needs! She is a great asset to Revity Credit Union! She provides fast and friendly services and answered all our questions!

Simply the best. Ms. Tina, Ms. Shannon C, & Ms. Stacy are amazing at RCU in G.C. on Maryville RD. They go above & beyond customer service. You are not a number but a friend. Their passion shows in their job and with the customers. Thank you. May you have continued blessings both small and LARGE.

I try to keep my business, from restaurants to auto purchases, with local vs national entities which originally brought me to GCSCU/Revity. Kathy Edwards has been my go to person there for years now. Matter-of-fact, I just had her do four new CDs today. She is very friendly, knowledgeable on anything I ask and even offers advice and suggestions, which I appreciate!

I always get great service from everyone at this branch. I’ve be banking here for years and Kathy E. is always so helpful and friendly. She gives me her honest professional opinion and walks me through everything from start to finish no matter how big or small the issue is. If you ever need anything she’s the one to call!

We had been trying to get a personal loan from another local credit union, but kept getting the runaround. They wouldn’t give us the amount we were requesting and also were offering a high interest rate. We decided to see if Revity would have a better answer for us and they took care of us way beyond our expectations. We were able to do all of the application process over the phone, were approved within hours at the amount we were requesting and at a significantly lower interest rate than the other credit union could do. Joseph at the Granite City location was so helpful and friendly. When we went in to sign the papers he and his trainee made everything a breeze. We were so happy with the customer service that we are now in the process of switching our accounts over to them and closing everything we have with the other credit union.
