My experience with HCCU. In today's world banks are big call centers and everything is automated and that personal relationship barely exists. Not at Harvard Community Credit Union. They are fair, supportive and have excellent customer service. The rates are solid and I have always appreciate the support from the team members at HCCU.

I did not have a good experience at all. The front office is so sweet and welcoming, but the loan officer did not even give me the chance to speak or tell her my situation or story. I was not even given the decency for privacy to speak about my situation privately. I wasn't even asked to have a seat. I felt completely humiliated and belittled. I have never in my life been treated by someone the way i was treated. It took her no more than 30 seconds to shoo me off and make me feel so horrible about myself.. I will not be going back.

Working with the staff at HCCU is always a pleasure. Best banking experience I've ever had, by far.

Not pleased with how details of a family members account was shared with other other people in public. Won't be doing any business with them.
