Personable, friendly staff that will remember you! I enjoy the close-knit community the business brings in. Banking small helps you pay more attention to your finances and gets you back on track with your personal finance goals. Can't beat the auto loan rates, either!

If I could zero stars I would. Horrible experience… they prefer to turn down new business all because it was time for them to close. My husband and I rushed to arrive to open an account they close at 5. We arrived at 4:50 and we were turned away to open a new account. We had our 3 kids with us. We were told to come again tomorrow before they closed which is 5 again(my husband gets home around 430 give or take) or to set up an appointment for Saturday. I worked for a bank in the past and we never turned down business, regardless if it was our time to close. I still work in customer service and I never turn away any new business. Too bad their loss. I was recommended by a family member to go here. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I have been with this credit union for over 20 years. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. The customer service has always been exceptional. Even though I now only go in maybe a half dozen times a year they still know be by name. That's one of the great things about this credit union verses any bank, they know you and they care. When I have had an issue, I was easily able to speak with the branch manager and she would help me resolve it. Last year I had to quickly refinance my car load because the bank that my dealer used decided to sell the loan to a loan company with only a p.o. box and nothing but horrible reviews. The employees at the credit union bent over backwards to help me finalize everything by the next day so I could close the loan before it was sold. And on top of that, I ended up with a lower interest rate too. Personally I don't plan to ever leave, no other bank has anywhere near the customer service they do, not to mention no dumb fees for anything and they have great loan rates and its easy to get a loan through them.

I’ve been along time member of the credit union and have nothing but good things to say about the staff especially Tiffany she is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful she explains everything and lets you decide what you want to do and if she’s busy when I call she always calls me back.
