Good evening when I do reviews I do them to make people aware of situations that other people may be going through and always tell the truth. So in the beginning I had two loans with this Bank both loans got paid off never miss a payment but several times the bank contacted me saying that I was late and then when I proved that I made my payment all they could say is oh we're sorry real apologize bad customer service. So I contacted the gym and told them to put my account on hold in my account came off of hold I tried to take the money out of my account but unfortunately I didn't have it in there I didn't know about it I never got notice right away about it the bank let the thing the amount going to negative they charged me $30 fee and I didn't get notified right away then when I did get notified tried to rectify the situation that didn't work either then they closed my account then get notified of my account being closed either then they close an account that had nothing to do with the other account and say oh we're sorry so I went into the bank and talked talk to a lady that was I guess their service her name was Jenny she stated that I didn't owe any money because I was there to pay the balance off and get my account squared away then she stated that oh you don't owe any money your account is closed didn't know nothing about it due to the fact that I was in the hospital and my mother had just passed so I was at home going through my mail didn't get notice of none of that and I talked to customer service regarding the incident and explained that the gym was supposed to put the money back and they didn't but then when I tried to rectify the situation close my account and charged me $30 fee but make sure it was past the time so they can get more money on top of that a $5 fee for nothing basically it was a fee for if the gym try to get more money out of my account which was closed at the time they charged me another $5 fee on top of that I'm trying to wrap my head around this this doesn't make sense how are you going to charge somebody a fee that never happened the gym Planet Fitness was never able to get any more money out of my account due to the fact that it was closed so as it stands nobody can give me a valid information of why this occurred miscommunication no communication no paperwork sent all they keep telling me is over documenting it we're putting notes in but in the meanwhile you guys close another account that had nothing to do with the other account but says oh that's policy they don't take accountability for their employees of what they do when they do customers wrong granted I was at this bank for at least 9 or 10 years so this is how they do their customers. Crazy part is they closed my account for $24 in charge me more fees than what the original charge was make that make sense most banks charge you $10 fees $15 fees so they basically got 35 to $40 out of me and when I try to rectify the situation is there a customer service in the bank says oh it's paid you're fine but we close your account and then they charge me another fee doesn't make sense bank account was closed so my advice and it's only my advice after my experience with this horrible nightmare of a bank I don't recommend nobody go there their racial profiling people because I have excellent credit two loans first loan interest rate was less than the second loan and never was late make that make sense ever since I've been at this Bank I've had nothing but issues small issues at that but bad customer service and bad help somebody hacked into my account charge money from Walmart on my account I disputed it they did nothing never got my money back then the other sad thing that's crazy how do you have a bank but you can't make deposits at the ATM at the bank unheard of. And don't even go there with the app app has shut down so many times when you can't even access your account so far as I'm concerned I will never do business and also this is the first time in history that I've ever had a issue with my account because of Any Merchant or myself!!!!!

I cannot say enough bad things about this institution - from taking money out of my account on completely random dates to taking money out of my bank account and saying they never took it out. They are ridiculous!!! Run - don't walk away.. i would rather pay higher finance rates than deal with this company ever again

LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE? YOU WONT FIND IT HERE! This place is an absolute pain to deal with! Ridiculously low limit on debIt cards. Trying to make a large payment on a weekend? Forget about it because it will be declined and you CAN NOT REACH A REP ON WEEKENDS, which is Ridiculous! Called on Monday to sort it out, im 10th in the que and been waiting over an hour. Never had any sorts of problems like this from my main bank, in fact when a large payment gets declined my main bank WILL CALL ME within 1 minute to fix the issue, Numark will just let you stay stranded with no way of paying with your own $. Pulling my $ and business away from this place ASAP!

I have never been so stressed out in my life!! I had to go through 5 representatives to apply for a loan. Lisa never called me back with several messages left. She was chewing food while speaking with me, rude, indifferent and acted like I was wasting her time because the loan I was requesting was minimal. Alexis wasn't much better, and when I finally had a pleasant woman, Angie, she said she would get the loan process started and I would know tomorrow with possibly an underwriter calling me back...Blanca emailed me in the morning requesting an interview time, and also documents and Information I had already shared with two other reps!! Three times she postponed our phone appt and kept asking me for the information which I had already attached all required documents, layed out all the necessary details, and still, she had never read her emails or the previous application. Was telling me I needed to get a title and a man's driver's license who was going to sell a camper to me, before the loan was even approved! Who in their right mind is going to email me all their personal information!!! She made me miss almost my entire work day and still, I do not have the miniscule loan. I have already had a loan with them, and thought I could trust them, as they would see my consistency in payments, never defaulted on a loan, and over 800 credit score! I should have known they would be unprofessional, scattered, and unorganized because with my previous loan, they lost my auto debit information and called to tell me I was gonna miss a payment! I said you have all my information!! Never, ever again would I use them as their staff is incompetent, inexperienced, or knowledgeable. You will regret how much time you have wasted with them.🤬

NuMark Credit Union over all is a hard credit union to work with. They are slow and behind. I am having complications with my account because they are not able to work with Zelle until August 2025. I wish I never opened an account with this credit union. They are so frustrating. Do not open an account with NuMark you will regret it in the long run!
