Someone went into my account and ordered over 3000 dollar worth of merchandise and they flat right refused to assist me and I went in 3 times and my daughter once I have yet to recoup my funds. .Sent the manager a message through messenger & yet know response so I found another & filed a report throughout a forum I saw on facebook The one who I guess a the manager all she could say is “ we are a small credit union, but most days there are sometimes 4 to 5 on duty. I tried but have not recovered but 12.00 from klarna. The culprit took a small cruise, car repairs etc. I am yet waiting on the out come and the one lady is very rude & condescending!!!! I am thinking if the forum I am using does not work , I will get a lawyer and file charges. In calling or trying to call these numbers they all say all the Credit Union would have to say it is fraud and that will settle it.I wish this on not one person

Always have great service and works well with you. I have been an active member over 20 years. I have gotten 2 vehicles and low interest rates were low.

Depending on what staff you get is how your service goes. You have your Unfriendly and pleasant - can go either way. As for loans, I applied for a smaller signautre one got denied. A couple months later I tried again for a $2500 car loan AFTER I arranged to have my entire check direct deposited into it for a couple of week to show my intentions of staying with this bank...did I get the loan? I don't know - absolutely NO communication regarding the status. I got a phone call to ask me for documents to apply for the loan, but not even a letter to tell me if I got denied, or an email or a phone call. UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't have stellar credit, I am trying to work on that...lowering a car payment loan was the beginning, Christmas dragged my credit score down horribly - I went to this bank because my son, my neighbor and a friend spoke highly of it and I had it in my head that credit unions were different than banks...nope not so much.
