I had been a customer for the last 10 years with two separate car loans. Both paid in full without any missed payments and always on time. They require a saving account in order to process a car loan. Just found out the savings account is now -15$ since they have been charging me 10$ non use fee and then 10$ since my account went below 100$ . That being said, it is really bad business to charge for an account they require. Called and they said my statements should have reflected the charges, but I never received any. I was going to apply for another car loan but not sure I want to do business with a company like this . Very disappointing from a loyal healthcare worker . Been a member for over 20 years and have had great service. When I do go into a branch, the tellers are great. If I had one complaint, it would be that the only branch with Saturday hours is Winfield which is more than 40 miles away and there is no customer service on weekends. If you work 9-5 as most do, they do have later hours til 6 on Thursday and Friday. I did have a weekend fraud incident and they were great in helping me resolve the issue and retrieve my money. They have financed 2 of my vehicles and helped me to jumpstart my credit in the 20+ years I have been a member. My partner now banks here as well. Sure they are not perfect but I do not miss the exorbitant bank fees from several of the name banking institutions I had account with in the past and have since closed.

I have been a customer of HACU for many years. They financed 2 vehicles and now on 3rd loan from them. Their bank employees are wonderful and personable, All phone contact with their staff is efficient, they're patient, helped me unlock online account. I absolutely recommend this credit union.. My son banks here as well!

I have been a member since 1985. I have always been treated with kindness and respect any time I've called to ask a question, needed assistance, or gone in to do a personal transaction. In all these years, I have never once considered opening a checking/savings/Money Market account anywhere else. I'm happy to be able to celebrate this milestone with HACU!
