This is bar far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Every time I called I always got a different answer and not a single time was what I was trying to do handled in the same way. Because of that, I chose to refinance my vehicle and cut ties with them all together.

After being a member for a few years I would now give them a negative 5 star rating if I could. My daughter has been on all my accounts for the past 5 years as she is my POA. We had to get her a debit card for one of the accounts this past week. They called her today and told her that I will have to take her off all my accounts unless she pays for something that happened almost 20 years ago with her first husband. This is total BS and if they don’t make this right I will be taking my money and going elsewhere. I won’t support a place that holds anything against you that happened 20 years ago.

I’ve had a car loan with them coming up on two years. In that time I have had questions, and a couple situations to figure out. Three times I’ve been on the phone with them and every time has been excellent! The answers, the emails and related documents have all come while we are still on the phone. Calling a bank is not something you do for fun, but they have been so efficient, informative and just plain nice it has brightened my day!

Horrible customer service if you ever get to speak to anyone. If you want to update or change the payment method of a loan payment.... good luck. You'd be further ahead to bounce your head off the pavement. That process is complicated for no reason and if you need help, the customer service people will talk to you in a condescending tone. Tried calling today since they messed up on an auto payment. No one to answer after 8 minutes on hold. Want to call the credit union headquarters to complain..... that won't happen. Same number their lousy customer service is located. Avoid this credit union. There are better ones to spend your hard earned money at. 11/21/23 - Regarding their response, I finally got a call back nearly 4 hours later. Come to find out, they use a third party to handle loan payments. While the rep that talked to me was helpful and empathetic, the fact that they use another company shows where the problem lies. 40 years of banking and every bank I've ever used does their own processing. The money they spend on this other company to do something they could do, could be used to lower loan rates for customers such as myself and help us out.
