I've had this bank for years and Up until about 6 months ago they were the best financial institution that I've ever dealt with. I got laid off from KONE About 6 months ago And it took me several months to get back to work. While I was out of work my cell phone was cut off because I was unable to pay the bill. I guess since they couldn't get in touch with me they decided to close my bank account shut off my credit card and debit cards. Once I got the ability to cut the phone on a called the credit Union I let them know what was going on I deposited a $1000 to take care of any overdrafts and I had a few bills I had to pay The ladies at KONE helped me reopen all my accounts once i deposited the $1000 I left that day feeling good then I finally had that squared away and I was able to start payin bills again until I got to work the next day and went to use my cards they were still off it's going on 6 months than I have asked the bank repeatedly to either cut my cards back on or send me new ones every time they would either tell me the ladies not there or they should work and if it doesn't to call them back the next day which I did repeatedly and got the same answer the ladies not there or they should work. I've now had to open a different account with a different bank just so I would Be able to pay my bills. I call the credit Union today to ask them why I still have not received my debit card or why they haven't ordered me a new one and once again the lady that answer the phone tells me the person that's in charge of that is not working today try back Friday! Needless to say A bank that won't give you the means to access the money you put in their bank is it a bank worth happy I recommend trying a different credit Union even if you work for Kone elevators.

I called yesterday and needed an update on my account. The process is so secure and the customer service technician was so, very kind. I appreciate not going through an automated system to ask simple questions and account transactions completed. Excellent service.
