My boyfriend and I purchased a condo together for the first time last month. Because of the state of the HOA, it was uncertain whether or not my boyfriend and I would be able to obtain a mortgage. The HOA was in the middle of some very large projects which made their financial statements look very weak (a special assessment was not collected so the reserves were very low). It was a lot of work explaining to other mortgage companies this situation. I was able to work with PFCU to obtain a mortgage on this property. PFCU was the only mortgage company who took the time to understand the financial health and situation of the HOA. I worked with Theresa to quickly gather all of the necessary paperwork and close on this mortgage in time. Even though it was a complex mortgage, we were able to close on the property on our expected due date which was barely more than 30 days out. Theresa was EXTREMELY response, quick to ask for information, clear on what she needed, and very friendly through the entire process. My boyfriend and I sent Theresa a lot of information very quickly and she was able to keep it all organized. Not only was it done quickly, but everything was done correctly. I felt like I was in good hands. This review is a small thank you to Theresa and the rest of the PFCU team! I love my new home and am very grateful that PFCU made it work out.

Madison Cunningham and Lizbeth lopez are delightful and professional tellers at the Morton Grove branch. Lizbeth for over 3yrs has always greeted everyone with a welcoming smile. She will go above and beyond to satisfy you. She is a huge asset to this branch. Madison is a wonderful addition to the team. Colin is a great guy and a clam and knowledgeable leader.

Became a member of PFCU earlier this year and only have great things to say about my experience. They are professional, communicative, and highly efficient. I worked with Natasha to secure auto loans for two of my dream cars and she exceeded my expectations both times, and on very tight time constraints. Natasha is very trustworthy and is extremely good at what she does; you will be in good hands working with her. Thank you PFCU!

My husband and I just closed on our first home, we went through Partnership Financial Credit Union for our loan, Tiffany Mazzoccoli made our experience so easy and stress free. She explained everything along the way and made us feel at ease as we went through this process. We truly felt that Tiffany cared about our experience and that was evident in the dozens of phone calls and emails we had, she was always very responsive and patient when we had questions. She took the time to ensure we fully understood everything, we are very grateful for Tiffany and the entire PFCU team that assisted with our loan. We also had the pleasure of working Theresa Guerriero at PFCU and she was incredible as well! While me and my husband don’t plan on moving anytime soon, when we do, we know who we will be calling for our loan!
