I just can’t believe how poorly there system operates. With them you can’t fall on hard times because if you do they write you off regardless of if you’ve been in good standing before the hard times. Even if you’ve paid off the majority of your debt with them and owed them any small amount of money before filing bankruptcy they will let you keep your bank accounts but not extend you any future credit. Very disappointing having an account with a place for 23 years and fall on hard times once in 23 years and get written off. I would never recommend them to anyone else. They have really gone downhill over the years.

Had a meeting with Donovan Castro for refinance auto loans, and did a fantastic job helping me through the application process. Also, the checking products are a great deal, and I have switched to them as my primary bank

Refinancing my car through DuPage Credit Union was a breeze. I worked with Donovan Castro, who ensured everything went through without a hitch.

I have had consistently disappointing experiences at the Naperville banking location. The customer service there lacks professionalism, consideration, and etiquette, making interactions frustrating and unpleasant. In contrast, the Wheaton location upholds a much higher standard of service, demonstrating respect, discretion, and genuine attentiveness to customers’ banking needs. When banking, privacy and professionalism are essential, and I have found the Wheaton branch to exemplify these qualities far more effectively than the Naperville location. For anyone seeking a banking experience where customer service is a priority, I highly recommend the Wheaton branch over Naperville.
