Never bank here. My account was hacked so I filed a fraud report which was investigated and approved as fraud by their fraud dept. They sent their report to customer service at their main office so they could issue the credits. CS lied and said they were authorized according to their fraud dept. I called the fraud dept. and was told that was not what the report said. They lied. Called CS back & "oops, they read it wrong." They were going to work on the credits. Called me today and said they were not going to pay. CS apparently gets to make that decision. I think they're broke and keep whatever they can. They were also rude and mad because I also insisted on getting reimbursed the $450 they charged in overdraft charges for the charges that were not my charges. I have an appt. with my lawyer. They refused to give me the name of their lawyer. Grab your money and run!

Have an auto loan have only ever made ONE payment at a time but some how get double charged on a Friday for over $1200 and I’m out working on the road no way to eat food now. Of course you cant talk to anyone till Monday and they tell me it will be in back in my account in a few days. Awesooome like should I eat the snow for dinner and some dirt? Don’t ever bank or anything here I will be switching my loan to State Farm credit union as soon as I’m back home.

I recently financed my car through Illinois State Credit Union. Nate was my loan officer. He was very personable, reliable, and helpful during the whole process. He made certain that I received the best interest rate that I was qualified to receive. I know that my transaction ended up taking more time than the office was open, but he worked diligently beyond business hours and walked me through everything, with great patience. I feel confident in knowing I can call on Nate for assistance with any concerns I may have in the future.
