***more late fees due to staffs inability to follow through with their work**** Train. Your. People! Horrible, people tell you one thing & do another. This place has not followed through repeatedly, cost us hours upon hours, fees for bills not paid, etc... their word is worthless. People have no clue what they are doing. Since we have moved, we have been in contact multiple times to make changes, empty promises given repeatedly, & more neg consequences for being their client. Do not waste your time with this place. My family is making a trip to go back to illinois to pull out all accounts & take our money elsewhere. ***It has really gone downhill in the past 5 years, but the past year has been worse by far.

Signed up for an account. Name spelled incorrectly on card, later on find out card isn’t even registered to my account and is no good when I go to make a withdrawal. If you can’t get these basics right how can you trust a bank/credit union? Go in to cancel my account and not one apology about anything from anyone I talked to, but I will say they were very quick and efficient in getting my account canceled, so five stars if you want to leave them I guess.

To some, it may be frivolous but to me as a small business owner and tipped employee, having Zelle is a big part of running a business. And since April 1st, I have not been able to accept that as a form of payment any longer due to FPCU not offering it nor will they be offering it ever. They are already behind with technology by not having tap with their debit cards and now not ever having Zelle. So, no after 25 years of having FPCU, I need to find another credit union. Very sad 😢

Hate this place never had trouble with my other credit union Had a hard time getting a car loan for my first car. Had a hard time when I brought a cashiers check from my other credit union to move some of my savings. Where they wouldn't clear it for over 1 business week Slow in the drive through Loan officers usually have no idea what they are talking about. My other bank would be king if I didn't move 1.5hrs from it. Girlfriend requested a credit limit increase and it took them 9 business days to give us an answer then denied her but I had no problem getting one from my other credit union when our finances are both intertwined and almost exact same
