I’m about Fed Up with this bank and I’ve been here for over 10years SONIA another worker has been rude to me all because I had some concerns about a Payee account she was being very rude and talkin over me so I said I’ll write a review about how rude she was so I said what’s your name she Spelled it out individually really loud each letter and said I can write a review about her all I want which in her words she also said “Put this in your review that it was over drawn 23 dollars from Huck gas station.” So now it’s no reason to leave that out either since she told me to put everything in there. I already have been having a horrible day and financially has been a struggle since I was in a horrible car wreck back in July that caused me not to walk or work. The way she just spoke to me on that phone has did it today makes me feel so lifeless and useless as a person today geesh kick someone while there already down. She told me no payee accounts allows debit cards and that’s there policy which is completely a dishonorable comment because I know others who do and I told her that then she says well we’re just not doing it on yours now have a good day and hung up in my face. Please put your money into a bank who actually cares about their customers and not make them feel less of a person. I bet if I had 100k in my account I wouldn’t get spoke to as useless as she just did me

I have been with Cooperative Choice/Members Choice since 2001. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience. Julie, Joe, JJ, Wendell, and well there are more that have gone way above and beyond to help me throughout the years. They have done way more for me than any other place I have banked at. I just wish I could name everyone here. They know who they are. Some people tried to get me to switch to a bank or different credit union. I just could NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you for all you guys do!!

It was a Saturday, so of course, almost closing time, and I needed a new card. The window clerk was extra nice. I mean, the facial expression was a smile just all around great customer service. The new cards are blue now. Green is my favorite color, but I like the color blue as long as it gets the job done. I didn't get her name but she is really nice.
