Honestly if I could give this place negative stars I would, the people at this place are heartless and rude they steal money from you. My mom and grandma banked here for over ten years they were good loyal customers but this place shows no loyalty or anything for their customers. I went in to cash in coins so I could pay for my grandmas medicine she had been without for almost a week and this place took 15$ of it cause they tried saying her account was in the negative I begged them not to take the money cause I needed it for her meds she was due to get a monthly transacstion put in her account in a few days, they didn’t care at all took my money when it wasn’t even my account, wouldn’t allow me to pay a non member fee or anything and was told oh well everyone in the branch knows we’re related so it wouldn’t have mattered if I came back later. I only banked with this place for a year or two before switching to state street they are 100x better and kinder than this place and I fully plan to try and convince my grandma to stop banking at this awful place and go somewhere where the workers don’t thrive on causing misery to their customers.
