Y'all should give them a raise and a lunch break paid, so y'all have a great day. These guys are great, I'm telling you, we can't do nothing without them keeping here they're winners. They're not the weakest link. They're winners, take care of them love them, good girls.

I came to this credit union with the hopes of getting help for a vehicle loan due to the ideal that the ride to work loan would work for me considering my credit history. I was denied due to being on FLMA something I had mentioned prior to getting my credit ran. I explained to Tiffanie Rayburn that my car was totaled out due to it being stolen and Im on FLMA because I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. I expressed I return to work in January and my income will continue considering I had been there for 2 years which is also in the documentation I sent over. I also offered to pay up until February a month after I return to work to insure there were no missed payments. I understand policy but Tiffanie Rayburn was rude she told me its my fault I had a baby and I should had asked about terms prior to submitting an application; which that I did do. I came in person and called numerous times regarding the process. Im more frustrated about her response rather than the decision that was made regarding my loan.

The app and website are useless now for paying any type of loan or bill. Absolutely never works after the updates. Can't do it over the phone, unless you want to eat 10 dollars on a charge.
