I'd consider opening an account here of my own if the tellers were anything other than rarely friendly or courteous to Shared Branchers. Edit: 11-14-25 Since posting my original review, the tellers have really upped their game and have provided stellar and amicable service. I'm revising my original rating of 2 stars to 4 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Generations Credit Union. From start to finish, the loan process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. A special thank-you to Victorya, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions with patience. Thank you for making the loan approval process so easy and supporting my financial goals. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive financial institution!

Generations Credit Union is a terrible place to bank at. I've been there 10 years and things have happened where I've had to cancel my debit card 3 4 5 6 times that I've lost count because my account was hacked and most of the time I want even notified about it. I'm moving on. Bad bad bad experience.

We have had our accounts with Generations for over 35 years. The customer service is exceptional; so much better than bank institutions. Karen and the team actually care about customers personally, a very rare trait in any business.

Lobby hours show open until 12, was told these are incorrect hours, a change is needed on the door because the hours are clearly not correct
