I have been a member of MACU for over 30 years. I use the app for all my banking needs. I applied online, through the app, for a car loan. The application was easy to fill out and it was process quickly. After a short call and getting the dealer to email the bill of sale, I got the check and picked up my new truck. The loan officer worked hard to get me a great rate as well. This was a a wonderful experience from Members Alliance it made me feel like a member rather than a customer. Keep up the amazing work. Fantastic and Helpful experience getting an Auto loan through Members Alliance. No early payoff penalties, nothing sinister in the loan contract. They keep it upfront and simple to pay on/manage. Patricia, the loan officer specifically, was a fantastic resource that got me an approval for my loan. Very very thankful!
