I'm very pleased with the outcome of CCCU to trust in me and giving me the opportunity to build credit with them. To be honest though, I believe the price of the vehicle is way far too high, yet CCCU still allowed me to purchase this 2025 Chevy Colorado. I clearly understand that I didn't have any down payment, nor was I gonna trade in my Chevy Silverado for less than what I paid for the brand new tires I put on it. However, I truly expected to purchase the larger pickup truck that I wanted, due to the fact that I have a pretty good credit score. And I work hard & long hours to keep it that way. Yes, the price is way too high for the truck, and the monthly payments is far more than what I expected, due to my credit. But with no down payment, I understood the sacrifice. SO HERE'S THE TRUTH OF IT ALL. You can believe however & whatever you want. I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ and that knowing how Jesus works, I'm comfortable with His judgment on this matter. Now I knew that my Silverado wasn't gonna last til the end of the year. But I want you to know that I prayed 3 days before I purchased this Chevy Colorado and that knowing how Jesus works, I understood that He would find me the truck that He knew I needed. And not just what I wanted. I said that I would really like to have a baby blue and trimmed in black truck. But that was just not possible in my eyes. Now my wife told me about this truck and that she saw it delivered to the dealership and she thought of me when she saw it. So here's the punch-line. My Silverado quit on me twice before I got home that Friday. And when I got home my wife told me that we were gonna have to find me another truck very soon. I looked at the truck that I truly wanted, but ended up with the truck that God knew I needed. And make note: It’s actually a SNOWDRIFT BLUE "which is a baby blue color". And a 2.7 liter engine, which is perfect for the hour drive to work and the hour drive home. Point to make here, is to count your blessings and understand just how Jesus & God grace works in your life. And HE shows you just how HE moves those mountains. God bless, and thank you.

The Carlyle Ave Branch in Belleville, IL. by far has the best customer service hands down! All of the tellers are very nice, very warm greeters when you go inside or the drive thru. Very professional. They always ask how I want my cash back.No one has a bad attitude. They always take the time out to courteously ask all of the customers how they are and how their day is going. We've been doing business with them for almost 20 years.

I had a 9 month certificate at 5% .. 5% of $4000 is $200. Right? Wrong. “We have to advertise it at 5% but really it’s 4.909%” I specifically asked my CD to be entered into my general savings account at the time of maturity, but I had to go into the office to make that correction. The only communication I had with the bank was in person because I went out of my way to speak with someone. Despite my emails and phone calls, still no one has reached out to me in any way shape or form. I would never recommend this bank to anyone, ever!

West Main Street location in Belleville has had my account for over 20 years! I always have a positive interaction with the tellers, and their notary public is wonderful!

There is not a better financial organization that is willing to fulfill its members’ needs. Me and my family have been with cccu for over 30 years; I’ve opened and closed many accounts outside of cccu but always stayed loyal. They’re always willing to offer options that work for members that are not just selling products. There’s no better!
