Terrible customer service. I have worked with them many times in the past for auto loans and had great experiences. This time around, however, has been a nightmare. I’ve had contact with 3 different people in the loan dept. and they all say they’re going to get back to me and never do. I’ve emailed and called and left voicemails and no one ever gets back to me. Been trying to transfer my auto loan to them for 3 weeks. It’s like they know they have the lowest rates and therefore don’t have to put any effort into customer service. Very frustrating and disappointing.

This is a nice place to do banking. The building is clean. The tellers are friendly. The online banking is simplified and easy to use.

I've been with Illinois Educators Credit Union since 2007. They're the only place I go to for my car and regular loans. They accommodate my paydays and have always been very helpful. They have rescued me from jams many times.

This used to be the very best bank. USED to be. Me and my family would pull up and they would know us like family. Now? Now I have a terrible encounter every single time without fail. The west side branch has become trash. Attitude, argumentative, rude. The list goes on. Came in yesterday to cash a check and my voice is going out and the lady was so rude. Couldn’t hear me say yes to checking so we went back and forth a few times until she heard me and then said “that’s what I said to you the first time” okay???? And I told you YES THE FIRST TIME TOO. Just rude for no reason. Y’all need to reevaluate your customer service skills. Been banking here for 14 years and my mom over 30ish years and it’s disgusting how y’all have changed.
