$3.50 ATM fee is highway robbery. They had a no fee ATM at some point, note to self never again.

The customer service is top-tier and that is saying something, because I've never even been there in person. They accomplish amazing things via phone and email and have always came through for me when I needed a loan. They also have member credit unions all over the place, so if I need to make a payment in person or have a cashier's check drafted, I can go to my local member credit union.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. The customer service is awful and the hours are not even remotely accessible to the working person. My husband disputed a charge from April for an order he never received and the bank rejected the dispute due to a scam that he informed them about and they still paid the scammer. Lastly, they wouldn’t let me cash a check the day after I got married since my last name wasn’t yet updated, like seriously a day after?! The bank in my hometown let me cash it with no issues. This bank is garbage. We will be closing our accounts once we get a chance to come in between 8-4pm 🙄

I've had two Auto Loans through ISPFCU now and both experiences were very pleasant. I dealt with Kelly Prior through the Loan Department and she was phenomenal both times and did everything she could to explain things the best she could. She even took an offer I had which I didn't think could be beat, and she matched it and even beat that offer. I would and will highly recommend any of my Law Enforcement friends to get their Auto Loans through ISPFCU and ask for Kelly!

I recommend taking any business you have anywhere else. Making payments for my auto loan was a hassle every single month, getting any helpful information out of anyone here is like pulling teeth, if ur car is repossessed they are supposed to provide you with at least 20 days to get your financials together, they don’t do that and immediately send ur car to auction. They are supposed to provide you with location and time of said auction. They won’t do that either. Very shady and sneaky company who takes advantage of its customers. Very fitting for Illinois
